Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
Custom Apparel: Printed and embroidered items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production.
Curated Goods: Items sourced via our independent brand partners typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Split Shipments
Mala Pata operates as a hybrid collective. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package once it has been dispatched.
Rates & Free Shipping
Domestic (US): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $175. This discount is applied automatically at checkout once the subtotal reaches the threshold.
International: International rates do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), Mala Pata is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.
Please monitor your tracking information closely.
If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
