Tracking & Logistics

Our gear is made to order specifically for you. Custom apparel usually takes 3 to 7 business days to manifest before shipping. Since we work with different hubs your items might arrive in separate packages at different times. Do not panic if half the order shows up first.

Changes & Cancellations

Our system is automated to ensure speed. You have a strict 2 hour window after ordering to request a cancellation or change. After that the machines are already running and the order is final.

Issues & Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. If your gear arrives defective or damaged please send your order number and a photo of the issue to contact@quemalapata.com.
